PROJECT RESTORATIONFIELD GUIDE

THE CAST

Three robots and 16 named people.

The store names three robot heroes and lists 30 NPCs. The wiki names the robots and 16 characters, with categories for the tasks each one hands out — which is the closest thing to a quest map that exists.

COMMUNITY INDEX

Every name below was published by the community wiki, which we read through its own API on 2026-10-31. We have not confirmed a single one in the client, and the wiki’s own articles run 16–34 words each. Treat this as an inventory, not as advice.

The crew

The three playable robots, per the store and the wiki’s crew category.

Named NPCs

16 characters the wiki gives a page and a dialogue set.

Store says 30, wiki names 16

The store promises 30 NPCs; the wiki has 16 plus the three robots. The gap is either unreleased content or characters the wiki has not written up yet. We note it and move on.

What the roster suggests

Sixteen of the nineteen names are humans or human-adjacent staff — keeper, general, scientist, technician, tracker, captain — and only three are robots. That ordering is backwards from the store pitch, which sells the three robots as the heroes. The likeliest reading is that humans are the quest givers left behind and the robots are the player party, which would also explain why the robots carry so few filed tasks between them.
